Contest Rules for MCA LABS 3 years anniversary

  1. Organiser: This contest is organised by MCA LABS, located at Gerlachekaai 20, 2000 Antwerp.
  2. Participation Conditions
    • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
    • Participants must have a public profile on the social media platform where the contest is held.
    • Participants must tag two people in the contest post.
  3. Contest Period: The contest runs from 22 April to 6 May. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
  4. Prize
    • The winner will receive a free day of coworking at MCA LABS, together with the 2 other tagged colleagues.
    • The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other goods.
  5. Winner Selection
    • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
    • The winner will be announced within 7 working days after the contest ends.
      • The winner will be contacted personally via a private message on the social media platform.
      • If the winner does not respond within 7 working days after being contacted, MCA LABS reserves the right to select a new winner.
  6. Privacy
    • By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of this contest.
    • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
  7. Liability: MCA LABS is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
