Hospitality Coordinator

MCA Facilities NV is the subsidiary of CMB specialising in real estate and facilities. This includes the entire office complex at De Gerlachekaai in Antwerp – the headquarters of CMB –, and the operation of the co-working and meeting center MCA LABS.

The Hospitality employee is responsible for providing facility services and ensuring a hospitable environment for employees, visitors, and other stakeholders. It is a versatile role that requires skills in communication, organisation and customer service.

The position reports to the Site Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage phone switchboard, mailbox
  • Receive, check and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Welcome and guide visitors and suppliers.
  • General administration (requesting quotes, correspondence, filing, travel, management support)
  • Support soft Facilities (cleaning, landscaping, catering)
  • Manage meeting rooms: reserve, set up, prepare and clean up.
  • Provide support for events and meetings (logistical preparation, catering).
  • Ensure a clean, safe and orderly work environment.
  • Manage supplies (office supplies, cleaning products, catering items)
  • Communicate with other departments and suppliers

What do you bring?

  • Formal education: Secondary education diploma (A2 level) or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or facility management
  • Language skills: proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and constant interaction with internal and external stakeholders
